Wishing everyone a Happy Valentine's today! For all the cynics out there who go by the rumor that this tradition was created by Hallmark, here's a little history lesson on the origin of Valentine's Day from the History Channel. Okay, origins not very clear, but at least older than Hallmark. Not completely contrived and still enough traditional reason to celebrate chocolate and shameless pink adornament.
